Skewing film due to misalignment will slow down your production output, waste materials, and potentially cause head strikes.
Watch this video for tips on how to maximize your productivity by ensuring that the film is properly aligned and just keep printing, including:
- Balance powder distribution across the width of the film.
- Level the oven, bridge, printer, and film roll.
- Center the film in the printer between the yellow alignment stickers.
- Confirm that the film roll is aligned with yellow alignment stickers.
- Check the left & right tension adjustments on the film roll.
