The below video demonstrates the setup & start-up of a new Direct Treater Dual, general operation, and the shutdown procedure (including nozzle assembly maintenance).

This video shows pretreating shirts that have already been printed. This is for demonstration purposes only. In actual DTG we apply pretreatment only before printing onto garments. Pretreated garments should be dried by a heat press or conveyor dryer.
We strongly recommend thoroughly wiping down the inside of the Direct Treater Dual at the end of each production day, paying special attention to removing any residual pretreat from all metal surfaces.
